Activities at HBC
Sunday Worship ~ 9:30 am each Sunday morning
Worshiping together is back! Join us on Sunday morning at 9:30

If you can't be with us, we encourage you to join your own Church, but if that is not possible for any reason, join us online - we will be streaming our service here.
Bible Study
Mid-week groups are great opportunities to fellowship, pray, and learn from God's Word with other Christians.
We have groups for all ages, and groups specially for New Immigrants, Men, Women, Young Adults, and Youth, as well as a Chinese Language group. Ask at church on Sunday or contact the church office for details.
Children & Youth
Sunday School
Midway through the morning service (during the school term) children aged 3 to 13 are dismissed for Junior Church. If you prefer, your children are also welcome to stay in the main auditorium during this time.
Infants
On Sunday mornings, a warm, safe environment is made available in our lower lounge area for babies, toddlers, and their parents. Alternatively, there is a cry room available upstairs (overlooking the auditorium).
HBC Youth

Voice of the Martyrs' Writers Group
HBC’s VOM Writers’ Group meets the last Wednesday of the month (9:30 – 11:30 HBC Prayer Room) to pray for the persecuted church and write letters to Christian prisoners who are suffering persecution because of their love for Jesus. Letters can make a difference!

Mail sent to Christian prisoners, and to those who are being persecuted is important because it:
-
indicates to authorities that we are aware of that Christian’s situation
-
testifies of the love and unity found among followers of Jesus Christ throughout the world
-
is evidence to our persecuted family that they are not forgotten
-
can result in better treatment for a prisoner and even contribute to their release
Contact: Judy Painter (09) 534 4487
“Remember those who are in prison as if you were their fellow prisoners, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering.” (Hebrews 13:3)
